The terms and conditions apply between you, the user of this website, and Nukes Energy. Please read these terms and conditions carefully; using the website means you agree and will be bound to the terms.

1.1) The use of this website is for informative purposes and enquiries and bookings. Although recommendations may be available, we do not claim responsibility, and specialist and legal advice should be sought before making any changes and updates based on an EPC certificate.

1.2) any online facilities, tools, services, or information that Nukes Energy makes available through the website (the service) is provided “as is” and on an “as available basis”. Nukes Energy gives no warranty that the service will be free of defects and/or faults. To maximise the extent permitted by law, we provide no warranties. (express or implied) of fitness for a particular purpose, compatibility and satisfactory quality.

1.3) Nukes Energy uses reasonable endeavours to ensure the website is secure and free from errors, viruses and other malware. We give no warranty or guarantee in that regard, and all users take responsibility for their security, details, and computers.

Changes to the terms and conditions

2) we reserved the right to make changes to improve the website. If you use the website after we have presented the changes, you are bound by the latest changes and updates.

Cancellations and reschedulements

3.1) If you wish to cancel an appointment, do so at your earliest convenience and allow one day’s notice, at the latest by 23:00 hours the day before your appointment/assessment. Failure to do so may result in a £20 charge if the assessor has already commenced to the destination to cover time and travel expenses.

3.2) On arrival at the property, a solo occupant must be 18 years old and above. Any person suspected to be a minor without being accompanied by an adult granting entry will be asked for ID verification. The assessment will be denied if they are underage, and a £20 charge will be applied for the time and travel expenses.

3.3) Cancellations on our end may be made due to unforeseen circumstances. However, we will always try to reschedule at your convenience. If we cannot reschedule, then an option to cancel is available.
